All items shipped by USPS - processing time is 3-5 business days after you place the order (Ground / or Priority). We are a small but mighty team. If you need your order sooner you’re welcomed to email us and we can do what we can to work with the warehouse, no guarantees though, email support@tangocharlieapparel.com and we can explore your options.

Monthly Drops - Thank you for your support! During product drops, we experience a high volume of orders, which may extend processing times to approximately 7–10 business days. We know you’re excited to receive your new gear, and we truly appreciate your patience as our team works hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

 

Please note, during our Black Friday sales shipping may be delayed  10-14 business days due to an influx of orders. Please be patient - Thank you for your support homies!

USPS LAST DATES to ship for Christmas delivery: 

2025 Holiday season

First Class Mail: December 12th 

Priority Mail: December 15th 

We HIGHLY suggest getting orders purchased as soon as possible to ensure delivery for Christmas. 

 

WAIT! NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Head over to our return portal to start a return or exchange! We've made it easier than ever to look up your order, or even do the exchange yourself if we have the size you need in stock! We only ask that your return/exchange be within 30 days of purchase (and we provide a label). During the holiday season we will extend this to 60 days - send us an email if any issues with the portal support@tangocharlieapparel.com 

Please note: Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
