I ordered an XL "Thicc Boys Club" shirt. It came in and ended up being to short but fit well otherwise. I emailed customer service and the female I messaged with told me to send it back and they would ship me out a 2XL once they had them back in stock. In the meantime for my inconvenience they sent me another free 2XL shirt of my choice. She sent me a free label to ship my shirt back as well. I received the free shirt and they a few weeks later received what was supposed to be my TBC shirt, but turned out to be a "Thicc Boys Running Club Shirt". I emailed them again and she told me to keep that shirt as well. She shipped me the correct shirt finally and it fit great! All in all, this situation could've been awful, but instead the customer service rep handled it wonderfully and they will now have a life long customer. In a world where there is so much wrong going on, this interaction assured me that there is still good in this world and good companies out there!
